The Circadian Output Gene Pdp1e Regulates Male Courtship

brigg_smAs reported in a recent issue PNAS Brigitte Dauwalder and colleagues have found that the circadian regulated transcripts of the courtship gene takeout is regulated by Pdp1e, a regulator of circadian output in Drosophila - flies that under- or overexpress Pdp1e have courtship defects.
