Sumit Saurabh Named BoBI Graduate Summer Fellow 2014

Sumit Saurabh, a doctoral student in Brigitte Dauwalder’s lab in the Department of Biology and Biochemistry, has been named the 2014 BoBI Graduate Summer Fellow. He studies the role of the Takeout protein in Drosophila male courtship behavior. He proposes to investigate the functional conservation and mechanistic basis of Takeout function.
